Waiting Staff

Waiting staff, also known as waiters/waitresses or servers, play an important role in the restaurant and hospitality industry. They are responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, providing recommendations and information about the menu, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.

In addition to following rules and guidelines set by the manager, waiting staff are often expected to be friendly, attentive, and professional in their interactions with customers. They may also need to have knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and cooking methods, in order to answer any questions or provide recommendations.
